Project Result 3 – Microlearning Professional Development Online Course

The Microlearning Professional Development Online Course for Sustainable Assessment through Digital Technologies enhances the competences of faculty members in applying the principles of the DigCompEdu framework with respect to feedback and planning. Faculty members can now learn how to provide targeted and timely feedback to learners, how to adapt teaching strategies and how to provide targeted support, based on the evidence generated by digital technologies. This will enable learners to understand their learning process and to use the digital evidence for decision-making. The validation of the skills acquired by faculty members comes through an open digital badges accreditation system and ECVET credits.
